**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1.Culinary Leadership:
oManage and oversee kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output.

oLead the preparation and presentation of authentic Turkish and Thai dishes.

oCollaborate with the executive chef to design innovative menus and seasonal offerings.

2.Team Management:
oTrain, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high performance and culinary standards.

oDelegate tasks effectively and ensure proper coordination among team members.

oMonitor staff performance, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.

3.Quality Control:
oMaintain consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation.

oEnsure adherence to recipes, portion sizes, and plating standards.

oMonitor inventory levels, manage stock, and minimize waste.

4.Health and Safety Compliance:
oEnsure the kitchen adheres to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

oConduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with food safety regulations.

5.Cost Management:
oAssist in budgeting, menu pricing, and cost control measures.

oManage procurement of fresh ingredients, focusing on quality and cost efficiency.

6.Customer Experience:
oCollaborate with the front-of-house team to accommodate guest preferences and dietary requirements.

oHandle special requests and ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Education: Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience:
oMinimum of 5-7 years of experience in professional kitchens, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

oProven expertise in Turkish and Thai cuisine is mandatory.
- Skills:
oStrong culinary and plating skills with an eye for detail.

oExcellent leadership and team management abilities.

oAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

oKnowledge of kitchen equipment and modern cooking techniques.
- Languages:
Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Turkish or Thai is a plus.
