**Chef de Partie / Junior Sous Chef**

Mission
- Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Assisting in the Pastry or Hot Kitchen preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes as required by the business
- Helping with deliveries and restocking
- Prepare, clean and organize ingredients for use in the kitchen
- Come up with recipe ideas from scratch
- Maintain up to date knowledge about pastry arts and ingredients

Profile / Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in role of Chef de partie / Demi chef de partie
- Previous experience in French fine dining restaurant industry or relevant work experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Physical endurance to stand for an entire shift
- Good communication skill in Thai; knowledge of English will be appreciated.
