**Job Description**:

- Analyze and understand a customer’s behavior (sales, app visits, issues)
- Plan and execute a sales tactic
- Promote and sell services and achieve business targets, growth and KPIs as assigned
- Daily contact to customers through outbound and inbound calls initiatives
- Planning and organizing daily work schedule to retain existing customers and maximize business potential
- Acquire new customers, grow customer base and develop new business
- Cooperate cross functionally to resolve Customer problem with prompt, accurateand courteous replies
- Provide products, service and general information to Customer 's sellers and buyers
- Maintain customer business information, and update business activities in CRM system
- Monitor daily operations activities and pro-actively
- Understand and follow the company procedures: Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- The Seller Acquisition Agent will be responsible for pitching and negotiating a broad range of deals with potential sellers to join Makro Pro.
- The Seller Acquisition Agent should be proactive in building/defining customized negotiation/pitching strategy with the key sellers/brands they will acquire.
- Provide Potential Sellers with Makro Pro information by the telephone or E-mail
- To answer calls professionally respond to seller's inquiries by searching required information using available resources
- Support the onboarding of new sellers by coordinating with the internal team

**Qualifications**:

- Graduated preferred at least Bachelor Degree
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
30 words / min.
- Effective communication skills and dedication to Customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independently and a good team player as agent shall work remotely from home required

Pay: ฿20,000.00 - ฿25,000.00 per month
