You will be responsible for
- Research, design and implement communication strategies
- Evaluate, measure and report on content and communication activities
- Using understanding of consumer behavior in broader culture and across digital to draw and communicate insightful conclusions
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of social platforms and how to maximize their potential for reaching and engaging with consumers
- Ability to develop clear strategic thinking
- Ability to write and deliver inspiring content while working alongside Designers / Art Directors to execute those content
- Comprehensive understanding of data to evaluate content performance and demonstrate the effectiveness of social
- Work closely with China and Malaysia teams

**Requirements**:
You qualify for this job if you
- Have a minimum of three years experience as a Communication Strategist in a creative agency
- Possess a good understanding of all the things you can do on Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube
- Are a brand thinker who can think culture first
- Have good organization and time management skills, with the ability to undertake multiple tasks
- Have a knack of developing clear strategic thinking
- Have strong presentation skills
- Have exceptional writing skills - able to write social copy at native Thai level
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, graphics, web development communications or related area is a plus
- English proficiency
