- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, offboarding operations
- Operate recruitment, and onboard operations with objective of finding the right person to fill vacancies
- Make the new associate announcement and inform related parties for smooth onboarding
- Ensure the required access to company network is assigned to new associate
- Input the required information (e.g., personal data, assigned organization) of newcomer into SAP system
- Schedule and organize orientation program for new associate

- Good command in English both speaking and writing (TOEIC score 650+ is required)
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office especially Excel)
- Experience in SAP® HCM Software is preferable
- Good business manner and interpersonal skills
- Able to work well under pressure and routine job together with adaptable in the dynamic working environment
