**Principle Accountabilities**:

- Plan, monitor and control the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance activities to achieve the company objective and goals.
- Provide and develop the effective preventive maintenance plan to match with the production schedule.
- Support to install and commissioning the new machines and equipment into the factory.
- Lead and support to improve the plant OEE to achieve the KPIs target in term of Availability rare.
- Lead and support to reduce the cost of maintenance such as repairing cost, optimize the spare parts stock level, Kaizen maintenance and energy saving.
- Improve MTBF and MTTR for all machinery and equipment.
- Manage, coach and monitor to Engineer, Supervisor and Technicians to achieve of their development skill planning.
- Cultivate and improve the 5S and Safety & Environment and Kaizen culture to the team.
- Efficiently develop and utilize people, equipment, materials, utilities, safety, environment, quality, and cost (budget).
- Ensure maintenance department personal are properly trained and skill are developed to achieve departmental requirements.
- Provide collaborative plant engineering and maintenance support for manufacturing products across the business unit.
- Encourage close teamwork between all function (Engineering, Production, Quality Management) - Process Improvement (PI) / Lean Maintenance and TPM experience preferred.
- Schedule planned maintenance intervals and ensure adequate spares and ensure preventative maintenance.
- Service minded with strong customer/supplier management.

คุณสมบัติ

**Qualifications**:

- Requires at least 10 years of experience in a management role with Maintenance and Engineering fiction.
- Sanitary ware experience will be considered plus.
- Exposure in troubleshooting of PLC based machines, software integrated testing machines, electronic (logical based) testing machines.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of the organization, from maintenance floor.
- Proven track record as a Maintenance, Reliability, and Project Management leader of manufacturing experience.
- Self-motivation, ability to make independent and informed decisions.
- Knowledge about an understanding of equipment functionality and capabilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Auto Cad.
- Can work under high pressure and working time flexible.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
