**About The Role**
Asia Finance Team is looking for a talented individual, experienced in driving financial performance, management reporting, business modelling and who can provide insightful analysis to the Asia leadership team.

The role is newly established with a great opportunity to impact and develop the existing framework. - Drive rolling forecast and budget processes in alignment in Asia in alignment with Group FP&A function.
- Preparation of monthly business review to Group Executive management
- Revise and improve a standard operating model for Asia management reporting, capturing relevant data and dashboards critical for the stakeholders to steer the business and drive performance
- Prepare and provide financial related presentations and financial analysis to regional stakeholders
- Own and lead SG&A and cost management; set-up process and closely monitor direct and indirect cost structure to advise PL owner on cost reduction initiatives and control
- Act as an active sparring partner to the Regional Head of Finance
- Ad-hoc modelling to support the business wherever it is needed, and provide timely recommendations
- Provide leadership and project management in developing and improving business performance reporting (BI), measurement frameworks and effective financial analysis that will assist the management team in improving profitability, efficiency and ability to achieve business objectives.
- Contribute suggestions/ideas on actions that will improve FLSmidth financial/operational performance (short/long term), for example

**What you bring**:

- MSc in Business Economics, Finance or related educational background
- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience from a similar role with a strong focus on driving changes
- Notable facilitation skills and with competencies to translate complex financial issues into crisp analysis and presentations easy to understand for stakeholders
- Highly proficient in the use Excel, PowerBI and data-cube/warehouse skills
- Excellent financial modelling skills-set
- You thrive in a highly dynamic and agile environment and can facilitate change and improvement in a matrix organization
- Excellent command of English both written and oral with the ability to collaborate across a diverse group of stakeholders
