Develop, propose, and execute processes and services for Customers and Stakeholders with great reliability, integrity and minimized business risks.
Assure and improve the quality of services to meet customer and stakeholder satisfaction:
Develop, propose, and execute quality assurance of services by effective responses and actions to customers and stakeholders' voices and continuous improvement.
Develop and execute an Improvement plan to ensure the quality of services.
Enhance the operating platform to speed up service level and improve employee experience through digitalization and technology.
Define key stakeholders or influencers to ensure people are satisfied HR programs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resource, Organization Development, Management, Economics or related fields.
Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for Undergraduate and 3.3 for Post-graduate studies.
Good communication in both spoken and written English (required TOEIC at least 550).
Practical experience in HR Management, Compensation and Benefit, Project Management is a must.
Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Comfortable working in ambiguous business situations.
Solid in developing solutions based on facts/data.
Strong interpersonal communication, persuasion, and creative problem-solving skills.

**Job skills required**: Project Management, Assurance, Quality Assurance

**Job skills preferred**: Negotiation
