Assist in the design and development of training programs based on identified needs.
Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other learning events.
- Contribute to the creation of a learning culture by promoting available resources and development opportunities.
Assist in implementing onboarding programs for new hires.
**- **Support initiatives to enhance employee skills, knowledge, and competencies.
Collaborate with HRD Director to implement career development plans.
- Assist in the administration of performance management processes.
Provide support for employee development plans based on performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development plans.
Prepare reports on HRD metrics and effectiveness.
- Work closely with HR team members to ensure alignment of HRD initiatives with overall HR strategies.
Collaborate with department managers to understand training needs and goals.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Seek feedback to continuously improve HRD programs and initiatives.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a human resource development role or a related area.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
