**Plant Head**

We are looking for a well experienced Plant Manager particularly from Marine Food Processing Sector with 8-15 years’ experience of which at least 5 years should have been in a leadership position with reputed Companies.

This role reports to the Chief Operating Officer. The position is based in Baptla, Andhra Pradesh, India where our latest Seafood Processing Unit has been set up.

**Roles & Responsibilities-**
- Plan, organize, direct and optimize day-to-day operations to meet and exceed production targets
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while ensuring cost controls and improving quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipment
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus to the entire workforce at the plant.
- Continuously monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Share a trusting relationship with workgroup, manage and develop plant staff
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Ensure uncompromised commitment to plant safety procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets
- Stay up to date with latest production management best practices and concepts; have adequate knowledge of business and management principles
- budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation; knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory and stewardship processes

**Salary**: ฿125,000.00 - ฿130,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thailand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
