As an Academy Manager, your role and responsibilities would typically involve the following:
Design & develop comprehensive training programs and curricula for dancing and singing performance. This includes creating structured lesson plans, selecting appropriate techniques, and determining learning objectives.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of instructors and support staff. Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a cohesive and productive working environment.
Implement assessment methods and conduct periodic evaluations to track student progress and identify areas for improvement. Provide constructive feedback to students, parents, and instructors to support their growth.
Establish and maintain relationships with industry professionals, talent agents, and music industry stakeholders. Stay updated on industry trends, opportunities, and events that may benefit the academy's students and faculty.
Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, enrollment management, and maintaining student records. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards.
Stay informed about current trends, techniques, and advancements in dancing and singing performance. Attend workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your own skills and knowledge, which you can then pass on to your students and staff.
Contribute to the development and success of talented dancers and singers, preparing them for careers in the music industry and fostering a thriving and reputable dancing and singing performance academy within the music company.

Good knowledge of various dance and singing techniques, styles, and genres.
A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as music, performing arts, arts administration, or education.
Proven experience in managing performing arts academies, dance schools, or music programs.
Possess some background and expertise in dancing and/or singing performance, with professional experience in the industry.
Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and program management.
Familiarity with industry trends, best practices, and standards in dancing and singing performance training.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to oversee faculty, staff, and student activities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with students, parents, instructors, and industry professionals.
Organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate events, and handle administrative tasks.
Proficient computer skills for curriculum development, scheduling, and record keeping.

**Leadership and Management Abilities**:
Demonstrated leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide a team of instructors and support staff.
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans and achieve performance goals.
