- Overseeing the Functional Manufacturing & Financial system responsibilities of the Oracle Application team.
- Demonstrating effective multitasking and time-management skills while prioritizing various tasks.
- Managing and developing both Operating and Capital budgets associated with the organization's IT.
- Evaluating and overseeing contracts for Hardware, Software, and communication services.
- Formulating and coordinating operational plans aligned with missions and strategic objectives, including the recommendation and maintenance of IT systems.
- Addressing issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA), incorporating the compilation of knowledge within the IT department's Knowledge Base.
- Supervising and follow up with the Support team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Establishing a plan for the professional development of subordinates to enhance their skills and knowledge in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and implement plans for the introduction of new systems within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Holds a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, software engineering, or information technology.
- Brings a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle functional support and Oracle technical support for Manufacturing & Financial systems.
- Capable of planning integrated organizational work, encompassing strategic and operational plans.
- Offers insights and evaluations for IT investments that align with strategic plans and operations.
- Demonstrates the ability to plan within areas of responsibility with a positive attitude.
- Possesses leadership qualities and a perpetual interest in adopting new technology.
- Exhibits the ability to motivate and manage teams to meet budgetary and company policy requirements.
- Ensures IT compliance with SOX regulations, if applicable.
