We are seeking a Product Owner to work with our client, a prominent leader in the retail market.

The responsibilities of this role involve overseeing financial business stakeholders and guiding the IT strategy and roadmaps for IT products within the Retail Finance sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Acting as an IT business partner to thoroughly comprehend the retail and finance business processes, fully understanding the business needs in all changes and new initiatives, and translating them into strategic plans, roadmaps, and actions. Additionally, the individual should be capable of identifying problems and challenges and recommending appropriate solutions or workarounds.
- Serving as the IT product owner responsible for managing the product portfolio, ensuring successful implementation of new features and improvements, and maintaining stability in the day-to-day operations of the owned products. The product owner should be able to provide technical solutions to resolve issues effectively.
- Managing the project portfolio within the designated area, driving improved business cases by demonstrating the benefits and costs associated with the proposed changes in collaboration with business partners.
- Overseeing the planning and tracking of both operational expenditure (OPEX) and capital expenditure (CAPEX) costs under the product portfolio.
- Supporting the growth of the technology team by sharing business and technical knowledge and expertise.
- Managing changes in internal and external audit requirements related to the owned products.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or accounting IT.
- 5 years+ experience in IT consulting/operation/support with accounting software or any ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
- Call handling experience in project management and development life cycle experience.
- Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PPT).
- Excellent English skills.
