Job Detail
This position is 1 year contract(Temporary Staffing) Accounting Assistant position for the Accounting Division.
Your task is to support Accounting members
[Job Description]
・Making a payment and receipt by cheque or Internet banking
・Communicating with the supplier for necessary information or supporting documents regarding the payment and receipt voucher
・Recording medical welfare and overtime records for staff and drivers.
・Calculating and record assets and liabilities, including depreciation
・Submitting the financial statement to DBD
・Calculating the forecast interest expense and Interest income for a loan
・Prepare the necessary documents for the loan and input the details into the Excel management sheet
・Coordinate with the accounting outsourcing company about payment and receipt
・Manage the related documents, including the documents in outsourcing storage
・Prepare an invoice, tax invoice, and receipt
・Prepare a VAT report, submit VAT (Por Por 30, Por Por 36) and withholding tax (P.N.D.1, P.N.D.3, P.N.D. 53, P.N.D. 54) to the Revenue Department
・Other tasks assigned by senior members

- Bachelor's degree in accounting(*New graduates are also welcome)
- If you are not a new graduate, must have at least 2 years of experience in accounting job (AP-accounting payable, AR-accounting receivable)
- Having knowledge and ability to organize work, communicate with colleagues, and manage time to perform tasks as assigned
- Having knowledge of withholding tax and VAT
- Having experience using (Microsoft Office) at a (basic/moderate) level
- Having experience using “Express” accounting software or similar accounting system
- Languages: English Lower Intermediate
