**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the executive team to define marketing objectives, target markets, and positioning for our hospitality and rental management services. Create a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with the company's goals and vision. Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in the market.

Brand Development: Lead efforts to build and maintain a strong brand identity that reflects our company values and differentiates us from competitors. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials. Develop compelling and valuable content that educates, engages, and inspires our target audience.

Offline Marketing: Develop and implement traditional marketing initiatives, such as print materials, events, and partnerships, to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.

Lead Generation and Customer Acquisition: Plan and execute lead generation campaigns to attract new customers and increase user base.

Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI on marketing investments. Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years in marketing roles within the hospitality or property management industry
- Experience in marketing strategy implementation and brand development
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, creative, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
