**Responsibilities**
- Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance and scalable backend systems using Golang.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software.
- Optimizing and refactoring existing codebase to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Implementing and integrating APIs, services, and databases to support seamless functionality and data management.
- Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and mentoring junior developers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development and 3 years experience using Golang.
- Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience with building and integrating RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Proficiency in using relational or NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
