Job description
Mission Description
Respond to, diagnose, and effectively resolve L3 incidents, ensuring mínimal downtime and disruption to services.
Monitor and optimize the performance of backend systems to meet efficiency and speed requirements.
Develop and implement updates, patches, and fixes to enhance system stability and support operational needs.
Collaborate with development, operations, and customer support teams to provide backend expertise for cross-functional projects.
Ensure that all backend systems adhere to industry standards and company policies for security and data protection.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for backend systems, including incident reports and resolution processes.
Profile Requirement
Accumulate at least 3 years of experience in backend development.
Possess proficiency in C#.NET.
Demonstrate strong understanding and experience with database management systems.
Exhibiting experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and an understanding of serverless architecture.
Analyze and troubleshoot complex backend issues quickly and efficiently.
Proficient in English.
