**Position: Spa Therapist**

**Location**:Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

**Hotel Size**:250+ Rooms

**Basic Salary**: USD 12000

**Service Commission**:10% based on target

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Spa Therapist
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service skills

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide spa treatments and services to guests according to established protocols.
- Perform various types of massages, facials, body treatments, and other spa therapies.
- Assess guest needs and customise treatments to address individual concerns.
- Ensure a clean and organised spa environment, including treatment rooms and common areas.
- Uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation in accordance with industry regulations.
- Educate guests on spa services, products, and wellness practices.
- Promote spa packages, memberships, and retail products to enhance guest experience and revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, inventory, and guest preferences.
- Collaborate with other spa staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support team goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge through continuous training and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
