- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- As part of Transformation and Product Management department this position is required (but not limited) to- Supervise warehouse, fulfillment and WFM Technologies and Programs in the Country
- To communicate and roll out all related technology and program changes
- To escalate and solve any critical issues affecting the country: Bugs, Data reliability, network issues, etc.
- To coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders, including the regional Technology and Product teams to ensure that the strategic projects are delivered within timeline.

**Job Requirements**
- Significant experience in operational aspects of commercial IT infrastructure, with 5+ years in warehouse and fulfillment operations
- Strong Domain Knowledge in eCommerce, Logistics, Supply chain and Operations preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills is a must
- Demonstrated track record of delivering business value using technology solutions in ecommerce/Retail/Supply chain operations space a strong plus
- Ability to think and act fast, deal with ambiguity and innovate
- Ability to learn fast, highly energetic and self-motivated
- Excellent written anf verbal communication skills both in Thai and English
- PowerPoint mastery
- Tech literate, can work on Systems roll-outs but also IT and network setups in facilities
- Ability to work under pressure with tight timelines
