DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationThailand - BangkokThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Conduct impactful analysis to improve operation performance and seller experience
- Coordinate with cross-function to reduce seller churn rate and maintain seller satisfaction
- Understand seller behavior through multiple data collection and monitor seller NPS score
- Manage end-to-end implementation of projects, coordinate with related stakeholders, and ensure performance KPI
- Conduct benchmark analysis with key competitors on both commercial and operational aspects
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reviews, demonstrating insightful analysis

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistic, or related fields
- 1-2 years of experience in PMO or Seller experience improvement would be an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to break down problems, draw insights from data and make recommendations to business
- Outstanding critical-thinking and interpersonal skills; able to work and communicate well with cross-functional parties
- Good team player and willing to collaborate with many teams within Shopee Xpress
- Be able to fit in with the fast-paced culture of the team
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
- Able to use SQL/ python would be an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English and Thai
