- Take a responsibility for customer services and provide technical support onsite at clients for modified starch products applied to an adhesive preparation for a corrugated board industry.
- Test run at a customer site to expand new markets
- Meet with regular customers or new customers to listen and solve their problems when customers requested
- Present and describe modified starch products technically together with sales representatives to ensure the customer feeling confident in the products.
- Provide technical training to customers to support a sales activity.
- Understand technology and technical knowledge of new modified starch products from Industrial Innovation Department to prepare for sales as an existing product
- คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor or Master degree in Pulp and Paper Technology, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or product development in a paper industry or corrugated paper industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Very good command of English (both writing and oral communication)
- Have a car license
- Be able to travel aboard
- Good in computer literacy
- Be able to work under pressure
