Job Summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Lead Project Delivery: Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and meet the required quality standards.
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate Technical Teams: Act as the primary point of contact between development teams, QA, operations, and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor Progress: Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and progress against goals. Identify and resolve any obstacles to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product owners, business analysts, and senior leadership to ensure that business needs are accurately translated into technical requirements.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate as needed to ensure mínimal disruption to project timelines.
- Ensure Quality: Ensure that technical solutions meet business requirements, and that quality assurance processes are implemented throughout the project lifecycle.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, including resource costs, vendor payments, and any other financial considerations. Ensure that projects are delivered within allocated budgets.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery, including the adoption of Agile or other delivery methodologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical project management or delivery management, with a focus on software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of software development processes, system architecture, and technical delivery methodologies. Familiarity with technologies such as cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), DevOps tools, and microservices architecture.
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to manage large-scale technical projects from start to finish. Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams, mentor team members, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to anticipate and address project delivery challenges and risks.
