**About the Department**:
Group Technology and Operations (GTO) provides software and system development, information technology support services and banking operations.

We have centralized and standardized the technology components into Singapore, creating a global footprint which can be utilized for supporting our regional subsidiaries and the branches around the world. We operate and support 19 countries with this architecture to provide a secure and flexible banking infrastructure.

Our Operations divisions provide transactional customer services for our businesses while also focusing on cost efficiency through process improvements, automation and straight through processing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create functional specifications for business and for the operations & processing center
- Create design specifications as guide for program developers
- Work closely with business users in all change requests which includes gathering change requirements, documenting system requirement definition, testing and implementation
- Collaborate with UAT team to create test plans, analyze test cases, identify issues and escalate them to appropriate teams
- Responsible for modifying existing programs when required
- Analyze and review enhancements for compatibility, adhere to operating guidelines and perform integration testing
- Manage allocation and implementation of tasks and provide assistance for project plan development
- Prepare and present status reports, implementation task lists, roll-back plan for the change management panel
- Conduct proper planning with vendor support projects
- Attend meeting with external parties e.g. ITMX, PCC, TBA, DOPA, NCB, Tele-Companies, Thailand Post, etc.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics or Computer Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience in system development areas
- Communication skill: communicate technical and complex information both orally and in writing.
- Good functional knowledge in one or more banking domain ie. Cash Management, ATM, Credit Card, Retail Banking (deposit, loan, etc.), Wholesale Banking (trade finance), Financial Account
