**ExxonMobil Limited (EML) - **one of the largest Global Business Center (Bangkok GBC) in ExxonMobil Global Business Centers network that provides supporting services to ExxonMobil affiliates around the world. - Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of sales planning and the EM annual business planning processeswith emphasis on profitable growth
- Build a personal understanding of market conditions, competitor activity and emerging trends
- Develop anddemonstrate a working knowledge of the sales pipeline process and applyconsultative and benefit selling skills
- Execute defined Marketing and SGA programs
- Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of EM credit and pricing policiesandOpex management.
- Develop and demonstrate a working knowledge of effective coaching and communication techniques to build positive business relationships with Distributor and customers
- Develop & demonstrate ability to effectively and efficiently use EM support resources
- Perform other duties or activities as assigned by supervisor
**Operational Excellence**
- Develop working knowledge of the SSHE processes, plans, tools, observations methodology and Personal Safety Leadership Plan
- Embraces and appliesthe actively caring culture
- Understands and applies assigned processes and controls plan
- Understands the Brand and Product Integrity incident investigation/gap closure process, participate as required
**Scope / Work Conditions**
- Reports functionally to Sales Supervisor / Manager
- Key interface with Marketing, Customer Service, Technical and Operations
- Designated local market and / or customers
- Typically joint field visits with experienced EM staff
**Personal Leadership**
- Learn and demonstrate personal qualities consistent with EM fundamental business principles and F&L Commitments
- Demonstrate a willingness to accept that coaching is a key part of our learning culture
- Actively take stepsto improve by acquiring personal knowledge and skills in relevant areas
**About you**:
**Required skills and knowledge**
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Preferably with 3 years and above of work experience
- Fluency in English: TOEIC 800+, TOEFL iBT 98+, or IELTS 6.5+
