The Clinical Team Manager (CTM) is accountable for achieving successful delivery of clinical activities at the project level by meeting internal and external contractually agreed client and regulatory requirements according to time, quality/scope and budget constraints.

The CTM leads and directs cross functional teams (Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs) and understands/manages client expectations.

The CTM proactively identifies, resolves/mitigates and escalates risks and/or issues. Depending on the business unit the descripted accountabilities may or may not apply.

**What you will be doing**:

- Partner with global, local country teams and study team to provide high level country strategy, drive study progress and country level study delivery. (Accountable for study deliverables and drives key decisions within set country)
- Planning, management, and oversight of clinical study execution in accordance with the global program strategy, through leadership of the cross-functional Local Study Team
- Supports country-level operational planning and accountable for site selection within assigned country
- Contribute and develop to program,/study-specific materials - e.g., monitoring plan, study specific training documents
- Communicate country status (including timelines and deliverables) to key stakeholders (e.g., GCMs, Program Managers,etc) with oversight as required and ensures updates to relevant systems
- Accountable for site-level goal setting and study-specific deliverables for clinical sites within their country(ies)

**You are**:

- Must have at least 1 year of CTM/PM (in country) experience
- Good command of English
- Bachelor's Degree
- Good team player
