Define the products range and sourcing strategy to serve customer base on company target.
Responsible yearly budgeting, sales & profit & other income and performance review MTD, YTD by store, by category, by customer and evaluate for company financial budgets towards company policies.
Manage and control budget to allocate as each supplier.
Cooperate closely with other departments e.g. Finance, Store General Manager, Marketing, Customer Development and Supply Chain to establish and execute business development strategies to ensure high competitiveness in the market.
Assessing the customer demand, including price, quality and availability.
To capture, analyze, and predict the future market trends; and ready to change in demand.
Be able to maximize profits at competitive prices via benchmarking with rivals.
Ensures that products being developed match or better quality than benchmarks and priced lower than the benchmark according to brand positioning.
To understand the beverage products and selection, popularity and product time manner.
Regularly reviewing performance indicators; such as sales and discount levels.
Managing plans for stock levels.
Reacting to changes in demand and logistics.
Meeting suppliers and negotiating trade terms/ agreement.
Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future.
Participating in promotional activities and understanding the customer needs.
Writing reports and forecasting sales levels; and presenting to the Senior Management in Commercial Department.

**Qualifications**:
10+ years of working experience in sourcing beverage and has rich supplier resources to introduce into Makro s business.
Bachelor degree of higher in marketing, international business administration or any related field.
Be able to understand the Market to provide the right assortment to right customers.
Understand consumer behavior, price sensitivity, and general awareness of various wine from overseas.
Team Leader, Possess sound leadership skill and be able to lead a merchandising team.
Strong negotiation skill and good sense of Merchandising and commercial.
Initiative, proactive, positive thinking and can do attitude.
Multitask, quick response and can work under pressure.
Resulted and details oriented.
Good command of English.
Excellent in computer usage of MS Office.
