**Duties / Responsibilities**
- Ensuring the site QMS is compiled to regulations & standards.
- Ensuring the monitoring of regulations and standards applicable to the site, and their implementation within the site.
- Challenging the process and procedures toward performance and right first time.
- Protecting the company by identifying and escalating any Quality Management system risk.
- Performing the monitoring of new or changes in international regulations and standards applicable to the site, define and monitor the implementation roadmap.
- Managing and updating site referential supporting operational excellence processes.
- Managing external and internal audits.
- Monitoring closure on time of action plans following external and internal audits in QMS management systems.
- Performing quarterly analysis of non-conformities following internal and external audits, identifying potential risks and ways of improvement, and monitoring action plans in the relevant processes.
- Making visible site QMS performance to all the sites.
- Developing and sustaining the Quality Management System in line with the required industry standard (including AS9100, EASA PART 21, and EASA PART 145).
- Contributing to new business initiatives and projects and reviewing and communicating the impact on Quality Management System (QMS).
- Assisting quality management in the review and update of all local procedures, work instructions, and associated documentation complied with HSE regulations.
- Holding the position as the Document Controller; managing all aspects of the company document control system; compiling, tracking, and transmitting all quality systems-related documents, as well as planning and managing the document management system.
- Managing the audit program to ensure that all non-conformities raised against certification bodies during audits are effectively corrected and independently verified.
- Verifying closure of non-conformities with Certification Bodies.
- Training of staff in case new procedures are implemented.
- Leading the quality management review aligned with the requirements and regulations.
- Managing the work off-site manufacturing. Ensure that the workstation is verified and qualified to assemble the container.
- Ensuring that the work station assembles and inspection the container according to drawing, CMM, and IPL before the release of EASA Form 1.
- Ensuring that the training, inspection, and evaluation record of work off-site manufacturing is maintained and kept correctly.
- Performing as assigned by superior.

**Required Qualifications**
- Open to all gender.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of Quality experience and manufacturing environment.
- Fluency in English (writing, reading, speaking, listening skills).
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry and its regulation.
- Expertise in QMS and process management.
- Knowledge of Quality tools (measures in production, nonconformance, tracking, calibration,...).
- Certified internal auditor.
- Ability to develop and maintain trusted relations with upper and lower management, and be able to explain issues in readily-understandable terms.
- Ability to negotiate, explain, and persuade.
- Main functional competencies: Commitment, Communication, Quality Awareness, People Development, Problem Solving, Attention to detail.
