**Job Descriptions**:
- Supporting the Management team for budgeting & forecasting for product/manufacturing cost with financial insight.
- Supporting the Operation team to align manufacturing resources against market demand.
- Supporting the Continuous Improvement programs.
- Working with the operation team to provide manufacturing variance analysis on by product.
- Providing financial stewardship to support all Global CI and best cost of production processes.
- Providing accurate and timely product costing for commercial decisions.
- Ensuring accurate inventory valuation for the business.
- Monitor manufacturing control effectiveness and develop/execute improvement plans to assure accurate financial reporting.
- Preparing and monitoring the site Budget and Forecast.
- Working with Operation team Owners to get an understanding of performance.
- Leading the budget variance commentary and reporting.
- Being responsible for the target areas of expense overruns/inconsistencies and implement corrective measures.
- Operating within Company policies and procedures such as Business Ethics with a high level of integrity.
- Assuring the compliance of Company operations to all applicable laws, regulations and standards, regulations and standards, good business practices and company documented procedures
(including but not limited to Financial Data Quality Management, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and OHSAS 14001).
- Engaging with others, promoting, and participating in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Educational Background from Accounting with costing specialization.
- Experience of 8-10 years from manufacturing industry managing product costing to support the operation.
- Experience in setting and managing standard costing, analysis of variance and control manufacturing variance with corrective measures as well as preparing and managing financial budget, forecast, etc.
- Ability to be the Business Partner for commercial team in term of product costing.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, has interpersonal skills, independent, and has good analytical thinking skills.
- Advance in MS Excel skills.
