**About Unilode**

**Position Overview**

Master Data and Reporting Analyst is responsible for overseeing the creation, maintenance, and cleaning of master data records. With ability to design, create and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports especially in finance system such as SAPbyD, SAP Concur, Tagetik Reporting including
various type of business metric. Master Data and Reporting Analyst works closely with various departments to support data creation, cleansing, data matching and merging & data quality troubleshooting.

**General Responsibilities**
- Manage account creation, customers, vendors and financial data in SAP Module and financial systems.
- Process and monitor request on master data-related issues, queries, and requests, including troubleshooting data issues through master data inbox.
- Report Development: Design, create, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports as assigned to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes, reporting methodologies, and governance frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize master data and reporting processes within finance systems, recommending system enhancements and automation solutions.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or another related field.
- Experience in data analysis or reporting, with a strong focus on Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization techniques) and data analysis tools SQL are preferable.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies, such as implementing standards and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good skills in English (communicating, reading, and writing).
