Our client manufactures and supplies Emulsion Polymer (Latex) and water-based polymer solutions for a wide range of industries both in Thailand and in Southeast Asia.

**Responsibilities**

**Taking care both of HRD and HRM**
- Developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to employees and management, guiding HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks as needed.
- Identifying training and development needs and implementing relevant programs.
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
- Managing employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks specific to staff.
- Assisting employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and generating reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Developing and implementing initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention within the context of staff.
- Organizing company events and activities to promote a positive workplace culture.

**Qualifications**
- Has experience in Human Resources for 5 years (HRD, HRM).
- Good command of English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Traveling in Korat province around 1-2 times/ month (Korat manufactory).

**Benefit**
- Monday - Friday 08.00 - 18.00 hrs.
- Salary: Depend on experience.
