- Implement and further develop standard SOP process.
- Implement and steer local S&OP process.
- Manage constraint planning (due to capacity, raw materials etc.), material re-deployment to improve supply ability to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and balance the following areas according to defined KPIs: Sales forecast, inventory objectives, customer service, planning quality of gross requirement, schedule adherence and production promises
- Drive key initiatives to improve demand planning review process in countries
- Initiate and lead stock optimization actions that includes redeployment, sell-off and write-off.
- Control processing of material movement, ensure quality and cost-effective way
- Provided required input for inventory analysis and target setting timely basis
- Aged/ Dysfunction stock management:

- Manage aged / dysfunction inventory KPI, review the status on regular basis.
- Propose / decide on deployment, sell off or write off if any.
- Drive optimization of Supply Chain in the functional unit to be reliable yet cost efficient.
- Provide leadership in Supply Chain operations and Materials Management in BASF Thailand and to ensure strategic and operational business objectives are met.
- Initiate and drive excellence initiatives in Supply Chain in BASF (THAI)
- Be a country contact point for Regional Supply Chain Management matters.
- Consolidate, review, and timely submit monthly reports to Regional Supply Chain Management for KPI review, inventory results, projection and target proposal.
- Prepare monthly management reporting including deviation analysis, prepare remediating actions / initiate projects based on the gap analysis and drive for improvement.
- Lead, manage, and provide guidance for training to Supply Chain Management team.
- Periodically review Supply Chain KPIs to identify key areas of improvement, put action in place and drive implementation of action plan to address the identified gaps and achieve agreed targets.
- Collaborate with relevant business functions to initiate and drive improvement in terms of process efficiency, non-conformance management, cost reductions and compliance against applicable local regulations and Company's requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management
- 8 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics with leadership experiences
- Able to use SAP or other ERP system
- Very good command of conversational English both in speaking and writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Good knowledge of international trading
