**Job Description**:
Duties and responsibilities
- Direct report to Senior Executive DA
- Responsible for all recruitment and selection processes to meet KPIs target
- Provide end to end recruitment, selection, and appointment to effectively support line management needs and requirements
- Provide end to end yearly update of panelists information as per KPIs target
- Identify issues, reporting to line manager and/or helpdesk team if needed, and generating solutions; desire and energy to continuously improve recruiting and yearly update processes
- Collect equipment from terminated households in a timely manner
- Conduct surveys over the phone or on paper to collect information as per panel view survey requirement in timely manner
- Ensure the households in their own region are active as per KPIs set
- Perform any other relevant tasks as requested by your line manager to ensure the completion
**Qualifications**:
- Degree-level graduate or equivalent
- Good English skills is an asset.
- Effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- Positive thinking and can-do attitude
- Ability to perform well on tight deadlines, flexible attitude.
- Strong sense of and respect for confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and explore new experiences
- Ability to drive
