Superintendent, Production

**Job Purpose**:

- To control production to ensure lowest cost of product, high quality of product, right quantity and timeliness in line with F&N standards and production plan, manage people and machine safety including environment

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Plan and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for best production efficiency.
- Set up and execute trainings and update programs for shop floor operators on production principle, quality ,etc.
- Prepare related and necessary information for standard audits :HACCP,FSSC 22000,GMP and etc
- Ensure proper production process is executed to manufacture goods in line with set standard.
- Solve operational problems in production process with preventive and corrective actions.
- Maximize use of line, labor and energy operations and cost control systems as well as keeping efficiency rates of manpower, materials, machines and energy within prescribed standards to ensure low cost operation.
- Control material and energy usage and output to monitor losses and improvement.
- Coordination with all related departments on a daily basis to ensure smooth production operation ,such as RMP, Engineering ,Quality Assurance ,etc.
- Guide team and provide suggestions to improve productivity and
- efficiency of production.
- Coordinate the information flow from management to the shop floor

**Job Requirements/ Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in food Science or Food Engineering
- Working Experience: 0-2 years experience in food manufacturing
