**Job Description**:

- Define and certified suppliers that will be able to execute projects or tasks on behalf of Accor.
- It will be accountable to deliver the training and documentation to the certified suppliers with validation with the owner of the solution.
- Follow project methodology agreed in the Region.
- Align scope, timelines, status with all stakeholders involved in the project.
- Manage relationships with all key business stakeholders
- Act as an escalation point for rollout where required
- Maintain relationships with external and internal technology vendors involved in an rollout
- Ensuring the team owns the budget for the duration of the entire project
- Ensure after the D-Day it will have a hyper care period before to hand-over to CTS and support end to end.
- Ensure it will have a sign off documentation and all SOPs to handover to other departments.
- Ensure timelines are met in integrations and Rollouts
- Needs to take in consideration and include on the analyses local rules and local requirements.
- Follow the change management process.
- Accountable to design full project, implement pilot and deployment for the projects this department will rollout.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor Degree or Master in computer sciences or Hospitality Management
- At least 5 years of experience in Hospitality
- Experience in hotel industry
- Fluently in English - written and spoken
- Inspired leader with a teamwork approach
- + 40 countries in scope, languages spoken
- AccorHotels knowledge expertise: FOR, DRS, iPMS and iPOS
- Project Management
- Inspired leader with a teamwork approach
- Strong communication. negotiation & organizational skills
- Financial and Analytical skills
