**About the role**:
We are on the lookout for a Factory Planning Manager who can bring a fresh perspective to our large-scale manufacturing operations at Reckitt. **Your responsibilities**:

- Strategically enhance the planning process, integrating initiatives with business aims.
- Direct the scheduling of production, capacity planning, and allocation of resources to maximise efficiency.
- Control inventory levels through effective forecasting and replenishment, maintaining the balance between availability and efficiency.
- Seek out and implement improvements in planning and production processes to drive performance and reduce costs.
- Provide skilled leadership to the planning team, fostering a supportive and high-achieving environment.
- Engage with departments such as production, logistics, and procurement to ensure seamless operations and achievement of production goals.

**The experience we're looking for**:

- Significant experience in manufacturing planning or supply chain roles within a large-scale production setting.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and demand planning tools, complementing a deep understanding of production planning.
- A strong analytical mindset capable of navigating complex data to inform strategic decisions.
- Exceptional leadership qualities coupled with superb communication skills, enabling effective team and stakeholder collaboration.
- Knowledge of procurement, logistics management, and supply chain planning to bolster operational excellence.
