**หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ**:

- Oversee all aspects of depot operations, including in & out container, inventory management, and facility maintenance
- Develop and implement efficient processes to enhance the depot performance. Set, maintain and monitor (KPIs), such as turn time, inventory accuracy, and depot utilization, M&R productivity and quality and take appropriate actions to achieve targets
- Mentoring and coaching subordinates
- Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security
- Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies
- Develop resource plans for peak seasonal periods to achieve availability. Ensure the most efficient and cost-effective operations both for the company and customers

**คุณสมบัติ**:

- Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related fields
- At least 7 years in Depot, Container Yard, Container M&R
- Good command of English, with a TOEIC score of at least 550
- Strong Leadership and Strategic Thinking
- Strong people management as solutions provider
- Proven successful record of well performed Depot management
- Strong knowledge of Container depot Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Hands on experience with Terminal Operating system
- Leadership skills and ability manage staff
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Staff management experience including negotiation and communication skills. Mature, good people skill and stakeholder management
- Result oriented
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English (have to present to the expat management)
- Able to travel between sites.
