**Sales Executive (HORECA)**

The Sales executive - A&D (HORECA) is responsible for the definition and implementation of the strategy for the assigned customers. He/She will manage all sales activities related to assigned customers in order develop sales - direct to HORECA Channel as well as triangular - and reach the profitability objectives.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Manage the existing customers and develop new opportunity with the existing customers to align with company direction.
- Expand the customer base and new opportunity by developing new customers.
- Responsible for the development of sales to achieve yearly sales budget and LRP through the responsible accounts.
- Progressive manage responsible customer by maintaining regular customer contact, provide pre and after-sales support and ensure that all customer inquiries are promptly respond to by being main coordinator internally and externally.
- Regularly analyze sales data to ensure that budget of responsible accounts is met and aligned with all BU and strategic objectives.
- Working with BDT to develop the new business by using CRM as a key tool.
- Provide monthly sales report for assigned accounts to Sales Manager-A&D
- Develop strong relationship with the assigned customers.
- Continuously promoting products and services offered by the company.
- Response for customer credit term, customer payment, delivery, customer satisfaction with assistance of F&A and Sales Administration.
- Manage customer needs by coordinating with other departments.
- Create and update the customer data base.
- Update competitor’s activities.
- Be up to date with the latest developments in Retail - in general.
- Formalize for the short term in the yearly Sales Plan in order to achieve the channel objectives in direct and triangular sales.
- Develop a yearly sales plan for the selected Accounts and Key Development accounts
- Assist Sales Manager in the development of the yearly Budget and LRP
- Fully support & implement GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, HALAL, FSSC22000and other systems by the company.

**Profile**
- A bachelor’s degree or an associate degree.
- Strong communication skills.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in this position.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
- Good problem solving skill.
- Highly motivated, Work independent and a team player at the same time.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Good command in English.
- Good Computer literacy.
- Other knowledge of GMP & HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 system is advantage.
