You will be working within the Home Care SEA and Thailand HR team and is part of the Thailand Malaysia Singapore Myanmar Cambodia Laos (TH MYSG MCL) One HR team. This is a stretching and varied role, which blends business partnering, E&I and national. You will be partnering multiple Home Care SEA Leadership Teams, work across multi countries and multidisciplinary/ squad teams. You will be the dock lead for TLO Home Care SEA and Thailand, working closely with Global and BG TLO Leads and collaborating as squad member in landing One Unilever E&I initiatives. You will also have the exciting opportunity to further establish our non-hierarchical, collaborative and agile ways of working and performance develop our teams.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business partner the TH MYSG Marketing & CSP and SEA CMI, DMC and R&D LTs and their teams
- Close partnership with the SEA Home Care Leadership team and Thailand Head of Country (HOC) team on Talent, Capability & Organisation need
- As the TLO dock lead, this role will work in close partnership with BG and Global TLO Leads to deploy and land One Unilever and SEAI initiatives, and also core and strategic TLO needs that are fundamental for Thailand and Home Care SEA strategy
- Leveraging agile methodologies and principles to ensure focus and prioritisation on the most important levers for business growth and impact - integrated with the global E&I Agile evolution
- Supporting Thailand national agenda of IMT, Office Safety and transformational change management

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE
- HR experiences, demonstrating a proven track record of delivery across business partnering, organisational design, talent management, performance management and change management
- Comfortable working autonomously and dealing with ambiguity
- Strong relationship building skills and a flexibility of approach to coach and become a trusted partner to multiple LTs and their teams
- Strong networking skills, able to deliver through others
- Able to use data and insight to unlock new opportunities that generate value (strong digital, data and analytics literacy are added advantage)
