CNC Cutting Manager

Our client is a leading International apparel and footwear company.

**Job **Responsibilities**
- Ensuring detailed forecasting and planning of cutting room resources to ensure all operational requirements are planned and prioritized accordingly.
- Managing a team, providing clear direction and leadership.
- Ensuring appropriate human resources are in place to ensure delivery of cutting room objectives on time.
- Liaising with members of the shoe production workforce as per the plan.
- Developing and implementing procedures and standards as required to ensure on-time delivery to the next process.
- Leading the team to adopt professional work practices and maintain strong housekeeping.
- Ensuring marker efficiencies are monitored and reviewed regularly.
- With your experience, training staff on improved processes, saving fabric by improving marker consumption/yield.
- Maintaining compliance at the cutting operation.
- Making the cutting plan as per the production plan.
- Leading the team and developing the team for the smooth operation of cutting.
- Cross-checking the QC report with the physical receiving.
- Leathering consumption shall be within the plan; if crossed, then take approval from the superior.
- Ensuring the quantity and quality of every order.
- Maintaining and repairing CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
- Supporting business planning, budgeting, continuous improvement, and cost-saving measures.

**Qualifications and E**xperiences**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in CNC machining in the Footwear or garment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in cutting and quality systems.

- Able to work under pressure and complete tasks within the present time frame.
- Good planning and analytical skills.
- Must have the ability to supervise a team of workers and staff.
- Good communication skills in English.
- High responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, High computer skills.
