- Develop investment strategy plans for the group and disseminate them to business units and group companies for implementation, including coordination, analysis, evaluation, and monitoring of performance based on the defined strategies.
- Develop and establish investment management processes used in investment decision-making to ensure consistency, as well as promote strict adherence to these processes within company units and group companies.
- Develop and establish standards, manuals, and processes, including designing tools related to decision-making, analysis, coordination, and management.
- Analyze the suitability of strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the strategic plan to provide supporting evidence for investment approval by the Strategic Investment Management Committee (SIMC).
- Analyze and verify the accuracy of investment plans, propose recommendations to the SIMC.
- Monitor the progress of investment plans, analyze the impact of delayed investment plans, and track actual performance against the plan to report to the SIMC.
- Conduct operations as the Investment Committee and manage the investment analysis and decision-making process (SIM Secretary).
- Develop and coordinate investment plan data for company, as well as compile reports on lessons learned from investments for other projects.
- Coordinate and control compliance with regulations and internal rules to ensure support and operate within the framework specified by regulatory and organizational rules for the unit's responsibility areas. Collect, compile regulations, and criteria within the area of responsibility, assess risks in cases where units do not comply, and communicate rules/guidelines to management and employees. Review self-assessment results of units to ensure alignment with risk levels, as well as coordinate improvement measures, and report outcomes to regulatory and organizational oversight according to the prescribed framework.
- Assess and develop risk management plans, establish control measures, develop plans, and act in accordance with continuous risk management plans for company's business operations

- Male or Female age 33- 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree, Master's degree in related fields (Engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration) with GPA 2.75 up
- At least 8 years of experience in areas related to investment management, with expertise in Strategic Investment.
- Good knowledge of investment management principles, frameworks/tools.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Thai languages (TOEIC score of 700 or above).
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal skills, ability to work well in a team.
- Analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and systematic thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure.
- Creative thinking skills, good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and self-improve continuously.
- Communication and presentation skills.
