Corporate Chef
(Head Chef or Executive Chef)
- Provide culinary leadership for the areas of Culinary, Food Safety, and Sustainability and work closely with Operations and Marketing team
- Conduct training primary culinary knowledge program within company and catch up the latest trends for business and industry.
- Provide specialized culinary support for new business openings, new concepts, renovations, or as assigned by General Manager.
- Support the design, configuration and implementation and execution of company’s culinary standards, culinary programs, and concepts and associated quality assurance tools within business group.
- Support all retention efforts working closely with respective department.
- Create new menu and recipes including testing presentation and costing for example seasonal menus, specialty menus, menu costing, ingredient selections, order guide maintenance, communication and field support for domestic & int’l market
- Work closely with purchasing department to support product selection development business group specific order guides.
- Provide specialized culinary and production education through workshops, training initiatives, hands-on training, site visits, and participation in some operations meetings (if needed)
- Support the development of culinary leaders / champions within business group and serve as a culinary mentor.
- Support the development and implementation of short and long term culinary operations strategies, working closely with General Manager.
- Provide design planning and equipment selection support for new projects, renovations, and new concepts.
- Other responsibilities and tasks may include; hands-on food preparation for openings and special events, merchandising support, catering menu support, participation at trade shows and marketing events

คุณสมบัติ
- Bachelor’s Degree or related Culinary degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of industry and culinary management experience.
- Previous experience controlling food and labor costs.
- Previous experience withdemonstration cooking, menu development, and pricing development.
- Passion for leadership and teamwork.
- Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
- Excellent guest service skills
