Your Role and Responsibilities

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop user-centered experiences for our products and services.
- Develop and maintain design systems, including style guides, component libraries, and design patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that design solutions meet business objectives.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 5 years' experience in Interaction Design / UX Design, or experience working in financial industry
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating UX design skills ; proficient in most facets of the design process from user research, ideation, wireframes, user testing, prototyping, etc.
- Ability to organize lots of complex information in a simple, user-friendly and logical way
- Proficiency in Sketch and Invision

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity
- Basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, Javascript). Ability to understand technical feasibilities.
- Ability to clearly communicate and present in English and Thai
- Experience in Agile development is a plus
