- Manage the company's payroll system, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees.
- Oversee social security contributions and benefits for employees, ensuring compliance with government regulations.
- Plan and execute employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's values and goals.
- Coordinate company activities and events, such as team-building exercises and holiday celebrations.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues and concerns.
- Support General affair duties such as office management and administrative support.
- Communicate with Japanese managements and report any updates/issues.
- Other tasks assigned.

- Has Bachelor's degree in any fields
- Has experience in company Admin especially in HR fields
- N3 up Japanese
- **English Level**: Level 4 - Conversational Level
