To sustain the growth of the company as well as the expansion of our services we are currently looking for a Cost Containment Manager.
- You will work at a regional level and enjoy multicultural teamwork. Your main stakeholders are medical providers. You will use your medical knowledge in helping the _company and the clients to get reasonable cost for their hospitalization _expenses._

In the context of medical inflation, the cost containment manager ensures that treatment costs are reasonable and customary. You will work closely with the operational departments and external providers. You will help April reach its main mission: offering its members sustainable insurance coverage.

**Job description**
- Manage the cost containment team. Set targets, monitor activities, and key performance indicators motivate, and train when needed.
- Ensure that medical treatment costs are reasonable and customary
- Implement a reliable cost-containment monitoring
- Streamline the cost containment approach internally by aligning the stakeholders
- Create an internal database and deploy it internally among all departments involved. The database is the main reference in terms of cost management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key providers.

**Qualifications / Specific Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science with active Thai Nursing License
- More than 5 years experience in hospital / or health insurance background
- Excellent English language both speaking and written
