Manager: Marketing Product and Brand Campaigns

**Aufgaben**:
**Marketing Product and Brand Communication Campaigns HUB SEA 1**:
Identify specific HUB SEA1 marketing goals and objectives and drive the marketing strategic messages for the HUB SEA1.
Plan and manage marketing campaigns in line with global focus and aligned with business goals.
Identify advertising needs.
Develop all Classical Advertising, Online, CRM and retail packages and media planning strategy for marketing campaigns including media buy and supporting marketing countries on their local execution.
Ensure a proper creative brief is provided to the agency in coordination with Brand Strategy to establish clear communication objectives in line with the overall product and brand positioning.
Ensure correct CI for printing, online advertising layouts, and final approval.
Analyse printing and online media to reach the highest media effect for advertising layouts.
Work with media agency and manage internal processes for efficient media booking in time.
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviours and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key challenges. Work closely with Operations Team SEA1 and CRM team in capitalizing on database to plan and implement effective communication strategy.
Report on campaign results and KPIs and compilation of Marketing reports and presentations.
Develop product literature in cooperation with product management team and finalize the catalogues with GMs.
Ensure a synergy effect for SEA1 countries in the usage of advertising materials. Share materials, concepts, ideas to optimize time and efforts of Thailand and Vietnam.
Lead and supervise 3rd parties, agencies, marketing partners in campaign activities and ensuring the brand concepts and standards are in line with global guideline and brand identity.
Process internal PR/ PO for all creative jobs and media bookings.
**Brand strategy and management
Support on brand strategies to strengthen communication to current and new target group.
Manage brand platforms in alignment with strategy, business goals and brand message.
Communicate monthly with Overseas the status on brand campaigns and consults Overseas on major projects.
**Overseas alignment
Align the product and brand strategy on prongs, approach, channels, and budget planning with the guidelines provided by Overseas.
Communicate monthly with Overseas for status of campaigns and consult Overseas on major projects.
Transfer Overseas campaign guidelines into local marketing by creating synergy, adapting them, when possible, as a single common guideline **.
**Agency liaison
Manage overall marketing coordination with Agencies, Marketing Operations at the country level.
Monitor and control for Agencies budget spending.
Identify projects of HUB marketing activities that can be standardized and implemented at the agency level for both markets to generate efficiency.
**Campaign budget planning& control
Align budget within Marketing HUB team.
Plan for yearly campaign budget with detailed activities breakdown.
Track and monitor budget and provide monthly updates on expenditure and planning.
Allocate budget allocation based on sales objectives for tactical campaigns.
Identify saving potential for cost and resources by binding similar marketing activities under same platforms, agency or by adapting projects where possible.
**Qualifikationen**:
**Training and qualification
Strong academic qualifications with master or bachelor’s degree in business or marketing field
Technical knowledge.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to transfer a research perspective or customer insights into practical business considerations.
Product knowledge: understanding of product characteristics and ability to transpose them into marketing strategies.
Sales understanding - develop tactical marketing campaigns in correlation with sales objectives.
Understanding of marketing particularities as marketing mix, budgeting, media landscape and planning.
Familiar with strategic oriented marketing budget planning and budget controlling.
**Soft skills/individual competence
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good team player with strong leadership skills.
English proficiency at Common European Framework Reference (CEFR) scale “C1”
(Equivalent to IELTS 6.5 - 7, TOEFL 637 - 677) is mandatory. Assessment to be provided by the company.
