**Technical Service Supervisor**
As Technical Service Supervisor, you will lead the technical service team in Southeast Asia, overseeing field work for Provisur’s full line of equipment with responsibility for service calls required to commission, install, train, troubleshoot, perform preventative maintenance, rebuild, and provide 24/7 service support coverage. You will work closely with Engineering to improve the quality and performance of equipment and share feedback from customers as well as provide technical expertise to other departments as needed. You will prioritize and direct the work of assigned team, staff, manage, evaluate and develop our local technicians.
**What You Will Do**:
- Oversee aftermarket shipments to assigned regions and follow customer’s instructions
- Prepare documentation such as pro forma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificate of origins
- Maintain inventory transfers to Provisur locations
- Answer customer questions on shipping information
- Follow up with shipping details, maintain export files, track orders, and scan documents
- Support the Finance Accounts Receivables teams with a focus on customer purchase orders
- Provide back-up coverage for other department members

**Who You Are**:
- A person who enjoys interacting with customers and colleagues to build relationships
- A self-starter who is able to work with and lead a team
- Someone with excellent interpersonal skills, communicates well in English and Thai, and who manages their time well
**What You’ll Need**:
- Five years of experience in a technical field service role, ideally in the food equipment industry.
- Three years of experience leading or supervising others, ideally field service technicians.
- Five years of experience commissioning and installing technical capital equipment.
- Superior skills with Hydraulics, Electrical and Electronics, Pneumatics.
- Proficiency reading and understanding mechanical design blue prints, technical drawings, and schematics.
- Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, Windows, and Outlook. Skilled with pivot tables and charts.
- ERP system familiarity essential, ideally PeopleSoft or similar.
- Solid interpersonal, organizational, and communications skills with good customer etiquette.
- Language fluency in English and Thai. Other SEA languages a plus.
- Ability to motivate, supervise and develop team.
- Available to work overtime, weekends and holidays as needed.
