**My day at EssilorLuxottica**
- Build and convey a vision to steer expertise, execute corresponding roadmap.
- Reinforce and utilize the expertise skill among the team.
- Design experiments and conduct or supervise laboratory work.
- Record and analyze results, prepare comprehensive capitalization reports for R&D programs or projects.
- Follow up and support R&D programs and activities within the team.
- Maintain knowledge in key academic fields by performing regular literature watch and participate to academic events.
- Participate to legal and IP related work.
- Guarantee strict EHS compliance with relevant regulations & policies.
- Understand risks, and participate to safety continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure assigned R&D program or project is executed in full conformity with R&D policies & procedures.

**Must have**
- Master Degree or higher in Chemistry or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Research and Development, industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge in chemistry, polymer, and characterization.
- Good analytical skill, critical thinking, problem solving and able to perform literature search.
- Good command of English both written and spoken.
