Our client is a leading global provider of information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervising and managing the installation of BTS, NodeB, and RNC equipment as per project specifications and equipment guidelines.
- Coordinating and collaborating with subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with project requirements and quality standards.
- Conducting site surveys to evaluate installation readiness and potential challenges, then report findings to the customer and project team.
- Developing detailed work plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and required materials for each installation project.
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety and EHS compliance, implementing best practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Monitoring the progress of installations, identifying any deviations from the plan, and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team, addressing any technical issues that arise during the project.
- Collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Preparing regular status reports and project documentation, keeping stakeholders informed of project milestones and challenges.

**Qualifications**
- A bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in site supervision, preferably with a focus on equipment installations.
- Strong technical knowledge of BTS, NodeB, and RNC equipment, with a clear understanding of equipment guidelines and standards.
- Experience in coordinating and managing subcontractors in a construction or telecommunications setting.
- Proficiency in conducting site surveys, analyzing technical requirements, and reporting findings effectively.
- Familiarity with creating work plans and schedules for complex installation projects.
- In-depth understanding of safety protocols and EHS regulations related to telecommunications installations.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, subcontractors, and clients effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality work standards.
