**Position Summary**
The Manager, Marketing & Development - Corporate PR will be part of the GroupM Thailand’s Marketing & Development Department, and will play a crucial role in positioning GroupM and its agencies in Thailand such as Mindshare, EssenceMediacom, Wavemaker, mSix&Partners, GroupM Nexus as renowned industry leaders and effectively communicating their achievements and capabilities. Fluency in Thailand and English is essential for effective communication with both local, regional and global stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**

**Develop and Execute PR strategy**
- Collaborate with the teams within GroupM to develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the Group’s objectives and positioning goals.
- Create innovative PR campaigns to enhance GroupM’s image and reputation.
- Craft key messages and narratives that effectively communicate the Group’s achievements, capabilities and more.
- Identify target audiences and implement strategies to reach and engage them effectively.

**Media Relations**
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with local and regional media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
- Proactively pitch newsworthy stories, press release, and thought leadership articles to secure positive media coverage for GroupM and its agencies.
- Organise media interviews and facilitate media appearance for GroupM’s leaders and spokespersons.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare report on PR performance, media trends, and sentiment analysis.

**Content Creation and Management**
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling PR content, including press release, articles, speeches, and social media posts.
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all PR materials and channels.
- Manage and update corporate websites, social media platforms, and other digital channels with engaging content.
- Oversee the production of multimedia assets, such as video, infographics and presentations, to support PR initiatives.

**Thought Leadership and Industry Recognition**
- Support and organise GroupM’s own thought leadership event as FOCAL, NextM and more, to showcase GroupM’s expertise and thought leadership in the industry.
- Coordinate participation in industry conference, speaking engagements, and panel discussions.
- Develop thought leadership articles and op-eds for publication in relevant industry publications.
- Monitor industry trends, research reports, and market insights to identify areas where GroupM and its agencies can contribute expertise and thought leadership.

**Internal Communications**
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective internal communication strategies and initiatives.
- Create internal newsletters, announcements, and other communications to keep employees informed about GroupM’s achievements, industry trends, and company updates.
- Support and coordination of internal events and activities aimed at fostering a strong corporate culture and employee engagement.

**Reputation and Crisis Management**
- Monitor and manage GroupM’s reputation in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Develop crisis communication plans and protocols to effectively address and manage potential PR crisis.
- Serve as spokesperson during crisis situation and ensure timely and accurate communication.

**Requirements**:

- University’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate PR, brand management, or communication, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in both Thai and English.
- Strong media relations skills with a network of media contacts.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative PR campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, and content management.
- Exceptional organisational and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a face-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Crisis management experience and ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Familiarity with the advertising and marketing industry landscape is a plus
