Costing & inventory process management
- Lead the daily work of the costing team and develop process efficiency and productivity
- Conduct the preparation of manufacturing standard cost, analysis of actual cost and perform variance cost analysis
- Coordinate with the related departments to determine new products cost based on standard cost methodology
- Contribute to improve the cost allocation process
- Monitor cost savings projects efficiency
- Conduct the inventory counting reconciliation between physical and ERP stock

Monthly closing and reporting
- Supervise the closing process for costing department to ensure that P&L and BS reports are delivered on time
- Monitor and control all the elements of P&L for the group and its subsidiaries
- Perform financial and detailed cost analysis to support P&L analysis and recommend cost optimization projects
- Prepare high quality financial reporting to top management on time and with accuracy to support Executive committees and Board meetings
- Perform inventory analysis for the group and subsidiaries

Budget and CAPEX
- Coordinate and take responsibility of the budget and financial forecasts processes
- Perform variance analysis between budget, forecasts and actual financial results
- Oversee the CAPEX requirements and expenditures, perform estimated ROI analysis
- Monitor the booking of Fixed assets and the variance with CAPEX plan
- Audit
- Lead the team to prepare statements and reports for audit / tax purposes
